This is a 14k Gold and diamond hamsa pendant worn as a protective hand to ward off evil, also known as the “Hand of Mariam” or “Hand of Fatima”. This pendant contains 0.25 ctw of natural round high quality diamonds and measures 19 mm long (without loop) and 11 mm wide.
