RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Unless authorized by our customer service and quality control department, we do not accept refunds. Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items aren’t eligible for refunds. For damaged items, please see Warranty.

Final Sale, No Refunds or Exchanges:

Personalized pieces that are cut to order. This includes any initial, name, date, or year product.

Sale/Clearance including holiday sales, with or without coupon code requirements

Discounts that include any items 10%+

Final sale purchases show "final sale" during checkout. If you have questions, please contacts customer service for details.

Unapproved returns (including used products) will be rejected and shipped back to the customer when possible. We’re not responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

All domestic and international returns are manually approved and processed. Please note: Our software can’t make international return shipments, so you must use your own label through your preferred courier. Please contact customer service for approval and instructions.
